WELCOME TO THE PATHWAY

The Pathway is a guided, step-by-step curriculum designed to meet your church wherever you are and help you take the next faithful step. Whether your missions ministry is already flourishing or just beginning to take shape, we’re here to provide a clear and trusted path forward.

Phase 1, Trail Blazing, is designed for churches that do not yet have a global missions team. In this phase, we will guide you, a single advocate or pastor, through the first steps of building a missions team and laying the foundation for a healthy ministry.

Phase 2A, Finding Your Team, is for churches with a missions team in place who are seeking clarity, direction, and renewed purpose. Whether your team is brand new or has been serving together for years, Phase 2.A will help you establish a strong foundation with shared vision and structure so your ministry can be as effective as possible.

In Phase 2B, Charting the Course, we will guide your missions team through the process of evaluating existing missions policies or developing a new missions policy that will shape your church’s future missions engagement. Phase 2.B is where your calling as a team becomes your commitment as a church, helping your team make biblically sound decisions that will have lasting impact for years to come. 

Phase 3, Kingdom Bound, is designed to help your church step into active participation in God’s global work or go further in the work you're already doing. These resources will support you in engaging your congregation, deepening their understanding, and preparing people to go while equipping your church to send well. The full release of Phase 3 is planned for October 2026.
